This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through grainsandgrapes.com.

• Orders are dispatched within approximately three (3) working days (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery times may be delayed due to high order volume, natural disasters, or festive holidays.
• Once dispatched, customers will receive email with tracking number (please also check the junk mail box)
• Our delivery partner in HK is S.F. Express.  Customers can track real-time updates through the SFHK website or its APP (we recommend customer to download the SFHK APP for easy order tracking and turn on push notifications.  Please ensure your phone number is matching with your order placement.)

Shipping Fees:

• Purchases over HKD $800: Free shipping.
• Purchases under HKD $800: HKD $80 shipping fee.

1. Delivery Coverage. Delivery is available to:

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Lamma Island.

Delivery is not available to non-permanent addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands, ports, marinas, or warehouses.

2. Risk of Loss and Title. Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery at the Delivery Point.

3. Failure to Accept Delivery. If the Buyer fails to accept delivery upon scheduled delivery time, or provides incomplete or inaccurate information regarding address:

• The Seller reserves the right to charge for all subsequent delivery(s)
• Risk of loss passes to the Buyer;
• The Goods shall be deemed delivered; and
• The Seller may store the Goods for up to fourteen (14) days.
  The Buyer shall be responsible for all related storage and redelivery costs.

If Goods remain undelivered for fourteen (14) days from the order confirmation date, or storage fees remain unpaid for more than fourteen (14) days, the Seller may dispose of the Goods without further notice. No refund or compensation will be provided, and outstanding storage fees may still be claimed.

4. Non-Delivery Claims

The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery unless written notice is provided within one (1) business day of the Delivery Date.
