Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

- Purchases over $800 = free shipping

- Purchases below $800 = $80 shipping fee

- Delivery coverage: Hong Kong island, Kowloon and New Territories

* After placing an order (excluding the day of order placement), the order will be shipped within approximately three (3) working days, excluding public holidays

* Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 working days after the order is processed (SF Express will contact you and confirm meeting time before shipping parcel to desired address)

* In cases of high volume orders and/or unforseen circumstances such as natural disasters or festive holidays, shipping times may be delayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
