A Message from Our Founder
How many times have you ordered or purchased an alcoholic bevereage, and asked yourself "is this how it should taste?" or "why did I order this?" These are the kinds of questions that spurred me down the liquor education path; achieving my WSET 3, ISG 2, Whisky Ambassador, and Canadian Wine Scholar titles...my thirst for understanding how and why things taste good led me to where I am today.
My previous employment was with the BC government Liquor board, which allowed me access to purchasing and finding products from hidden gems within BC/Canada - that not too many people have heard of, but everybody who's tried it loves!
Understanding the Chinese/Asian market was my strong takeway from my past employments in Canada. They say you can tell a lot about a person by what they drink. Your trust in my curated selection of whiskies, beers, and wine will be well rewarded.
